WebSocket 网络 - 注意：必须禁用所有其他现有的 NetDriverDefinition 才能使用 WebSocketNetDriver。另外：必须禁用 HTML5/Websockets 不支持的所有 PackHandlerComponents（例如 SteamAuthComponentModuleInterface）
